G Sangram

I was standing on top of Kalsubai peak, one of the highest peak (5400+ft) of western ghat and highest peak in Indian state of  Maharstara, enjoying the awe-inspiring scenic view after a steep 4-hour long trekking. I clicked some quick pictures and uploaded them on google maps and there appeared this congratulatory popup window by saying "+15 points - you've earned points for helping others!". That was my first upload to maps and I was curious, why these  points  and what are the  perks  ( Quora ) of my contribution. Below is a shot from the Kalsubai peak sunset, Dec-2018.     Well, I started my Google Local Guide program with a little expectation of getting more Google One Storage to save my travel pics online. Totally unaware of its untapped potential ,  initially I used to contribute to maps and get reward points .  I grew more excited as it seemed like a fun game. 📷 (Image: WordZz) She had tried to ring the bell many times by jumping with her tiny little feet, but she couldn't make it. I raised her to reach the bell Three times, she rang it hard and the holly place reverberated. She completed her rituals with a smile,  again jumped into me planted a vermillion BINDI in my forehead and left with a smirking smile. For a moment, I was lost Deep inside the dark matter And spent my day joyfully.  Thanks for reading  :)
